The short version
I'm Brendon. I spent years as a product leader at enterprise technology companies, building and shipping products used by millions. I watched Fortune 500 companies transform their operations with AI and automation — the kind of tools that save hundreds of millions at scale.
Then I looked at the businesses in my own community — the HVAC company down the street, my insurance agent, the law firm that handles my estate planning — and realized they're still running on spreadsheets, phone tag, and $3,000/month in software that barely talks to each other.
So I started Trillium Technology to bring enterprise-grade AI automation to the businesses that need it most but can afford it least — small operations with $1M–$15M in revenue that are drowning in manual work and SaaS bloat.
What I actually believe
AI should save you money in month one, not month twelve. If an engagement doesn't pay for itself within 90 days, we scoped it wrong.
